What are Preferred Rewards?Preferred Rewards is what makes the Preferred Advantage programme so exciting! Rewards are essentially credits that all Preferred Clients can earn through the Preferred Advantage programme. Preferred Rewards can be earned on each order, based on the SRP (Suggested Retail Price) of the order, which is the price of an item before the Preferred Client discount and previously earned Preferred Rewards have been applied.

Preferred Rewards are applied to the Preferred Client’s order total after their 20% discount has been applied.

Preferred Rewards are earned on orders of £115 SRP or more. Earned rewards are automatically applied against their next order of £115 SRP or more. NOTE: Preferred Rewards are not a virtual product voucher. Preferred Rewards are not applied to shipping or VAT.

Who is eligible to earn a Preferred Reward?The Preferred Advantage programme is exclusively for our Preferred Clients. All new and existing Preferred Clients are eligible to earn Preferred Rewards.

How much does a Preferred Client need to order to earn a Preferred Reward for use on their next order?Earning a reward is as easy as shopping! Once a Preferred Client has a minimum order of £115 SRP, before their discount and existing rewards are applied, they are eligible to earn a reward towards their next order. For example, once a Preferred Client places £115 worth of products in their standard cart the system will consider the order as qualifying for a reward of £6 towards a future purchase (see the chart below). Earned Preferred Rewards expire 60 days from the date the reward is earned.

Will a Preferred Reward, either earned or redeemed, have an impact on the volume (PQV) I receive from my Preferred Clients’ orders?Great news! Preferred Rewards will not impact the volume gained from Preferred Client orders. Did your smile just get bigger?

When does a Preferred Reward credit expire?A Preferred Reward credit will expire 60 days from the date that it was earned.

For example, your Preferred Client placed an order of £115 SRP on 1st June and earned £6 in Preferred Rewards towards their next order of at least £115 SRP. The Preferred Client will then have until 1st August to redeem the £6 in Preferred Rewards.

Will Preferred Clients be notified when their Preferred Reward is close to the expiration date?Yes, an automatic personalised email will be sent two weeks prior to the end of the Preferred Reward’s expiration date to any Preferred Client with unused rewards on their account. The email will also include an easy access link to Shop Online.

Are Preferred Rewards transferrable?No, Preferred Rewards are non-transferrable to any other Preferred Client and can only be redeemed by the Preferred Client earning the reward.

How do Preferred Clients redeem their rewards?Preferred Rewards are automatically applied to a Preferred Client’s next order of at least £115 SRP ($150 for US & CAN; $195 AUS; £115 UK). Earned Preferred Rewards will be automatically applied to the next order placed in Shop Online, Host Rewards and on orders placed by calling Customer Service. However, credits will NOT be earned or applied to orders created through the Arbonne Special Delivery (ASD) programme.

How will my Preferred Clients know when earned Preferred Rewards are available to redeem?As your Preferred Client shops, any existing earned Preferred Rewards will automatically be applied to an order when it reaches at least £115 SRP.

Preferred Clients can view earned Preferred Rewards in their Profile at www.Arbonne.com >Shop Online > My Account. They may also view available Preferred Rewards when they start an order in Shop Online.

Will a Preferred Reward be automatically applied to my Preferred Clients’ next order, even if they don’t place it online through Shop Online? Can they redeem a reward at a party or through Customer Service?Yes, the Preferred Advantage programme is very flexible! As long as the SRP of the Preferred Clients’ order is at least £115, an existing Preferred Reward will be automatically applied to their next order in Host Rewards and on orders placed by calling Customer Service. Additionally, a Preferred Client can earn a reward at a Host Rewards event or through Customer Service when a £115+ SRP order is placed through these options!

Note: At this time, rewards are unable to be earned or applied to orders created through the Arbonne Special Delivery (ASD) programme.

What happens if a Preferred Client doesn’t have at least £115 SRP in their order and there are existing rewards earned from a previous order? If your Preferred Client earned rewards on a previous order and the following order placed does not reach at least a £115 SRP or more before their 20% discount, then the earned reward will not be automatically applied, nor will additional rewards be earned for future orders.

However, as long as the previously earned reward have not expired, your Preferred Client can place an additional order at their convenience; and when the order reaches at least £115 SRP, those previously earned rewards will be automatically applied.

Does the Preferred Client Ultimate Value Pack (UVP) earn a Preferred Reward?Yes! The UVP is a special offer for our Preferred Clients in which they can purchase £200 SRP worth of products for £125. In the Preferred Advantage programme, the UVP and Renewal UVP £200 SRP will earn a reward toward a future order. If the Preferred Client has an existing reward and orders a Renewal UVP, the Preferred Client will not only be able to redeem that existing reward but will also be able to earn another one toward a future order.

For example, a Preferred Client purchases a Renewal UVP, which is £200 SRP and also has a £12 reward from a prior order. The system will see that the £200 SRP is eligible for the redemption of the existing reward and will automatically deduct the £12 reward from the cost of the Renewal UVP.

The best part of the UVP is the £200 SRP is enough to allow an existing earned reward to be automatically applied to the UVP order and earn enough for an additional reward toward a future order!

If rewards earned in the Preferred Advantage programme is based off of SRP, does that apply to items such as Purchase with Purchase specials, Free gifts, 50% off items (such as those in the Host Rewards programme), and £65 for £20 specials?Yes! Any item that is offered for purchase to a Preferred Client that carries an SRP value is eligible toward the earning/redeeming of a Preferred Reward. For example, a new Preferred Client free gift may have an SRP of £30. Even though it’s free of charge, that gift contributes £30 towards the minimum £115 SRP needed to earn or redeem a reward.

As an Independent Consultant, do I have visibility to my Preferred Clients who have earned Preferred Rewards?Yes, Independent Consultants can access WebStats (Me>My Preferred Client list) to view any existing Preferred Rewards that are available to your Preferred Clients (direct to you and those in your Downline), including the credit amount and the expiration date.

Will Preferred Clients continue to receive the Twice as Nice and Fourth Order Free gift?As of 1st June 2013, the Twice as Nice gift will be available exclusively for Independent Consultants and the Fourth Order Free gift will no longer be offered. Even though this will take place 30 days after the launch of Preferred Advantage, we thought a transition would allow you to update your existing Preferred Clients of this change. This will also allow you to leverage the exciting earning potential of the Preferred Advantage programme toward their next purchase.

What happens to any earned/existing rewards on a Preferred Client’s account when they upgrade to an Independent Consultant?As with all offerings exclusive to Preferred Clients, when a Preferred Client upgrades to an Independent Consultant, new benefits of becoming a business builder replace those benefits of being a Preferred Client. Since the Preferred Advantage programme is exclusive to our Preferred Clients, earned rewards will no longer be applicable to the newly upgraded Independent Consultant. If a Preferred Client has an unredeemed reward, they are encouraged to use that reward on an order prior to an upgrade.

1. General. The terms of the Arbonne Preferred Client Programme Terms and Conditions, which you have already agreed to as a Preferred Client, are incorporated herein by reference. By joining and participating in the Arbonne Rewards programme, you represent and warrant that you have reached the age of 18 in your country of residence and you agree to these terms and conditions. “Terms and conditions” shall refer to these terms and conditions, as they are modified by Arbonne in its sole discretion from time to time. These terms and conditions are void where and to the extent prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility. The Rewards Programme is open to all current Arbonne Preferred Clients who are in good standing and otherwise in full compliance with these terms and conditions. Arbonne Clients and Independent Consultants are not eligible to participate in the Rewards Programme.

3. How to earn Reward Credits. As a member of the Rewards Programme, you will earn a £6 credit (a “Rewards Credit”) for every £115 SRP product total increment when you purchase Arbonne products in a single order up to a £30 Reward Credit (i.e. for a £415+ SRP product total).

4. Reward Credits Calculations. Reward Credits are calculated based on the SRP of all products ordered, before the Preferred Client 20% discount and any previously earned Reward Credit have been applied, and before VAT and shipping charges. Shipping charges are applied to the total SRP price of the products ordered. VAT charges are calculated on the subtotal of the order, after the Preferred Client 20% discount and any previously earned Reward Credits have been applied. Subtotals shall be calculated in GBP. Reward Credits can be earned on orders shipped to your home country and/or shipped cross border to another country. Reward Credits will automatically be loaded to your Arbonne profile.

5. Reward Credits Expiration. Reward Credits expire 60 days from the date of issuance. Only one Reward Credit may be used at a time. Reward Credits do not accumulate.

6. Reward Credits Redemption. Reward Credits are automatically applied towards your next order of at least £115 SRP placed in Shop Online, Host Rewards or by calling Customer Service. Reward Credits can only be redeemed on an order that is shipping in your home country. A credit will not be applied to a cross border order. Reward Credits are redeemable on orders placed via Shop Online, Host Rewards and by calling Customer Service.

Credits will not be earned by or applied to orders that are created through the Arbonne Special Delivery programme. If items are designated as “ASD” on a Shop Online order, an existing Reward Credit may be applied to those items, as part of that order.

7. Other Restrictions. Rewards Programme memberships and Reward Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. A Reward Credit can only be redeemed by the Preferred Client who earned it. Lost, stolen or destroyed membership number and Reward Credits will not be replaced. Arbonne is not responsible for communication errors, including, without limitation, recording and distributing Reward Credits, due to a change of email address or other changes in contact information. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.

8. Termination, Changes and Enforcement. Arbonne may, at any time, terminate, alter or modify the Rewards Programme or these terms and conditions without any further obligations or benefits to members. We will provide you written notice via email or a notice posted on Arbonne.com should we terminate the Rewards Programme or materially change the Rewards Programme or these terms and conditions. If you do not make any qualifying purchases with your Rewards Programme membership number during a calendar year, Arbonne may, in its sole discretion, terminate your Rewards Programme membership on or after the last day of that calendar year. In all matters relating to the administration of the Rewards Programme, the decisions of Arbonne shall be final. Arbonne reserves the right to terminate, suspend or change the Rewards Programme at any time due to reasonable business consideration or circumstances beyond its control or as required by applicable law. In addition, Arbonne reserves the right to terminate your Rewards Programme membership, and void any Reward Credits, if you, in Arbonne’s sole discretion, violate any of these terms and conditions or any applicable law, earn Reward Credits via deception, forgery, fraud or commit any other abuse of the Rewards Programme.

9. Privacy. The information you provide as a member of the Rewards Programme will be managed by Arbonne as described in Arbonne’s Privacy Policy. By becoming a member of the Rewards Programme, you consent to receive marketing and other communications from Arbonne.
