Development of all documentation from conceptual (sketch) de-sign through to detail design phase is performed in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Techmash Group possesses its own state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities that assure short time of manufacturing and consistent high quality of products.

Products and spare parts are shipped by any mode of transporta-tion (rail way, air, road transport and waterway). Terms of delivery are agreed with every client and depend on location of the con-struction site, period of delivery and other specifications of the con-tract.

Techmash Group specialists of construction and erection depart-ment execute general and subcontract works on sites in accord-ance with the Client’s documentation. Techmash Group specialists’ experience and high professionalism allow accomplishing projects on a turnkey basis including heating, electrical power and water supply.

Maintenance department assures erection and entry in service of supplied products and also warranty and post-warranty service, overhaul of equipment, attendance crew training and third party equipment maintenance.

Modular Prefabricated buildings are rapid-erected one or two-storey buildings consisting of joint ready-to operate modules.

Each module after assembling could present an independent func-tional unit or to be an integral part of modular building.

A range of standard blocks allows to design different variants of space-planning decisions. An individual design of non-standard block is possible.

Ready-to operate modules are installed on a firm and plane sur-face.

Modules are manufactured in accordance with standards of trans-portation. Maximum size of standard block-module is 3x9 meters which allows delivery by all types of transport (rail way, air, road transport and waterway).

Technology advantages

Self-supporting panel based prefabricated buildings – are com-plete rapid-erected buildings consisting of self-supporting panels joint by bolts. This type of construction allows quick assembling in any climate conditions and also enables to move buildings from site to site. Low weight of construction elements minimizes load bearing capacity on the ground and allows to use light foundation.

Cassette-type packaging of ready-to operate structural panels ex-cludes damage of cargo during transportation.

Self-supporting panels technology is used for distant assembling of low-rise buildings in any climate and could be designed without insulation or heat-insulated.

Design temperature is up to minus 55°C. Outside windshield and inside vapor barrier make possible to use construction in cold re-gions.

Technology advantages

Construction on metal structural frame base provides the pos-sibility to erect buildings of any geometrical configurations and different number of storey of any height of floors of same build-ing.

The base of construction (the metal structural frame) acts as sup-port and floor structures. Roof and walls systems are joint to the frame by bolts that excludes welding. At the Customer’s request building can be supplied with a gate, doors, windows, lifting equipment, inside finishing materials. Optimal schemes of elec-tric power and water supply, sanitary piping, ventilation, air con-ditioning are designed at Client’s request. If necessary technical equipment can be chosen.

Precision and reliability of technology give the possibility to min-imize time of erection and to simplify the assembling work.

Construction parameters meet all Clients’ requirements towards volume and space of building.
