Successful Proposer must also post an Agreement Bond or Letter of Credit in accordance with Article 8 of the Agreement
Operating History requirements are outlined in the Eligibility and Proposal Form.
Three out of the past five years experience in the development and operation of gas stations and associated convenience stores
Identify between two and five comparable developments operated by the proposer in the US in the past five years
Additional requirements are outlined in the Eligibility and Proposal Form.
Has not been subject to legal action in the past five years for an amount in excess of $1,000,000

Proposals will be accepted beginning Wednesday, April 27, 2016, and proposals are due no later than 2:00 pm EDT Friday, April 29, 2016 at GOAA’s Reception Desk, Third Level, Main Terminal Landside

EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS
GOAA’s Concessions Committee will shortlist no less than three (3) Proposers based on the following criteria.

There is no value or point-ranking system. Final ranking and selection will be made in order of preference.
