Stay beyond academic year (after finishing 2nd year Masters) Request “Prefecture” for« Autorisation Provisoire de Séjour (APS) »
APS is valid for 6 months beyond “Titre de Sejour”
Can be applied only 4 months before expiry of “Titre de Sejour”
Student must sign a bond declaring: “they will go back to country of origin if no job contract is acquired in these 6 months.”
