RESPONSIBILITIES
Finaly General Contracting Corporation is a certified Woman Owned Business (by the City
of New York and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council) that provides full-
service general contracting specializing in commercial interior renovations in the Greater
New York City area. Over the years, Finaly has accumulated an extensive portfolio of
projects working primarily in the corporate, retail, restaurant, healthcare, and education
sectors. Finaly's services include pre-construction budgeting, estimation, scheduling,
procurement, project management, commissioning, and sign-off coordination.
Finaly General Contracting is proud to have New York’s most prestigious real estate
developers, owners, and managers as their clients and maintains a reputation
substantiated by a roster of first tier commercial real estate managers including, SL Green
Realty, Empire State Realty, Tishman Speyer and RXR Realty just to name a few.
Additionally, Finaly offers and performs tenant-direct service work for valued friends and
clients at Fox Television, Normandy Real Estate Partners, Pride Global, TF Cornerstone,
and TP-ICAP.
Today, Finaly continues to be family owned and operated with Christine Pitre Barshtak
taking the helm in March of 2019. The company has grown to over 40 employees and
operates with a management team boasting well over 30 years of experience in the
construction industry. The experience combined with an ideology of building trust with
clients has contributed to the companies continued growth as well as strong client
retention.
Under Christine’s leadership Finaly is now also a proudly certified Women's Business
Enterprise bringing another level of prestige to the already deeply rooted stellar

I think one of the characteristics that set Finaly apart from other companies is their
willingness to work with the client. For example, we were experimenting with prebuilding
suites at geared towards a more “techy” conceptual tenant. We must have made 1,000
changes to the scope and the budget and the Finaly Team never became frustrated, didn’t
nickel and dime us, and would come to the table with suggestions we didn’t even think of.
They are very good at adhering to schedule but will also effectively manage expectations if
I am asking for something that is not feasible or that will adversely affect the budget.
Another strength is their level of workmanship, particularly with carpentry and flooring. I’ve
had to bring Finaly in on multiple occasions to correct the work of other contractors that
did not meet my expectations.
Construction projects can be incredibly stressful if you don’t have the right team. I am
confident that Finaly will make the process as seamless for you as possible!
