The applicants propose a mixed-use expansion of the Lenox Terrace development on the superblock bounded by Lenox Avenue, West 132nd Street, Fifth Avenue, and West 135th Street in the Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan. The project would add six new residential buildings plus 2-story retail above grade as well as below grade commercial/retail use.
