Why hold a Big Backyard Sale?UncertaintyWe noticed at many of our recent sales that buyers, particularly investors, were getting very frustrated. They had the money but there was nothing to buy.

Those of you who are familiar with what we do may recall the “Boom Sale” or the “Unit Clearance Sale” in recent times.
