Blockchain for better Governance at the 27th

Convergence India brought galore of blockchain technocrats

together and delivered a powerful message, “Blockchain is here to stay and India is poised to take best advantage of this emerging technology.” The session was driven by hand-picked experts from all walks of industry and touched upon various aspects of technology implementation. The audience got a rare opportunity to understand blockchain DLT beyond the hype of crypto-currencies. The uniqueness of this session lies in the fact that it had something to offer for all - common man to govt. policymakers, entrepreneurs to industry leaders, and layman to tech experts. It was a professionally managed huge-scale event and event management skills were impeccable. Congrats to the whole team of ITPO and EIG! I was honoured to attend.

Dhirendra Kulkarni, Pre-Sales Senior Director, PTC

It was a pleasure to be part of this event and to be a keynote speaker for

the session. It was a great event that was very well attended and organised. We got to

interact with many customers/prospects/partners, and the event has definitely provided us with good leads for us to take forward.

Divyanshu Verma, Sr. Manager, Intel RnD & Vice Chair, OCF India Eco TF

It was a great conference and I ap-preciate your team for organising such a large event so successfully. The event showcased the growing digital ecosystem in India and Asia from all dimensions - innovation, manufac-turing and applications. I am sure in the coming future, this will be one of the largest global events, at the scale of CES, MWC etc.

Rajashekhar Malur, Ph D, Chief Technology Officer, Tata Consulting Engineers

The conference was extremely well organised and

the sessions conducted in an exemplary manner. I was amazed at the size of the exhibition and it was a wonderful experience. The panelists/speakers were taken care of very well – there was a speaker lounge to where I was escorted by the organisers and made to feel at home with fellow speakers and exactly when the session was about to start, taken to the podium. The panel discussion itself was a great experience and the depth of the speakers on the subject was very evident. The entire programme was organised in a professional manner. We could focus on the subject of discussion as we were so well taken care of! The icing on the cake was that we were provided with pictures and videos so quickly after the event. Please do accept my sincere thanks and appreciations for the wonderfully organised event.

Himanshu Rattan, Director (Infrastructure), Government and Healthcare (IGH) Practice, KPMG

I have been a part of panel discussions as part of the Convergence conference for multiple years now – this year too it was a great experience. Great deal of learning from co-panelists and interactions with industry personnel and exhibitors. My congratulations to the organisers for a seamless show despite the renovation work at Pragati Maidan!

Thiruvenkateswaran Ramachandran, Digital Assurance Practice Leader – IoT CoE

It was a great show put by the EIG team - right from identifying conference

agenda, co-ordinating with speakers, and organising many things that are needed for a successful event. I really appreciate your effort prior, during and post event.

POST SHOW REPORT 2019

Prabhat ManochaAssociate Director, Government Industry/India South Asia, IBM

I would like to thank and congratulate the organizers for a very

well-planned and executed event. The topics that were chosen were very relevant in today’s context and garnered interest among the audience members. I was happy to be invited to the conference to share my opinion and learnings on an important topic, Blockchain for Governance. It was encouraging to interact, network and engage with industry peers, each of them bringing expertise and experience on the topic. It was great to hear their views, and to share my learnings based, mostly, on my experience of working on several Blockchain use cases at IBM. I truly believe that Blockchain can help government agencies establish trust and reduce complexity by confidently creating a framework of linked data records and felt privileged to be able to share my PoV on the topic at this prestigious event. Once again great job to the whole team at Exhibitions India Group for a well-planned conference. I look forward to be back next year, for what seems to be an even bigger, better event. All the best for that to the team!

Martin WoolleyDeveloper Relations Manager (EMEA)Bluetooth SIG

It was a pleasure to represent the Bluetooth SIG at

such a large, well organised and well attended technology event.

Gulzar AzadCountry Head ConnectivityGoogle India

I believe the event was an excellent mix of industry and public institutions coming together. Such a summit can do more work on establishing deeper engagements among participants. Congratulations on a successful event!

Premjeet Shetty, Sr. Marketing Manager, IoT – APJ & China Marketing, DELL
