Zumindest so lange, bis einer der anwesenden Top-Manager die vermeintlich harmlose Frage stellt, auf welche Innovations-Ideen Mitarbeiter denn wohl kommen könnten.

Deshalb lernen die Innovation Board-Mitglieder im Möglichmacher-Seminar auch als aller erstes die Definition des Wörtchens „innovativ”. Und die lautet: Produkte, Dienstleistungen oder Prozesse sind dann innovativ, wenn Kunden diese als neu empfinden und wenn sie außerdem dazu führen, dass Kunden den Anbieter mehr als vorher präferieren.

Die nächste industrielle Revolution - INDUSTRIE 4.0 - bietet fantastische Chancen zur weiteren Automatisierung und damit zur Effizienzsteigerung, Kostenreduzierung, Verkürzung von Durchlaufzeiten, Erhöhung der Prozesssicherheit, etc.
