Residence permit I
For EU/EEA-students: Online registration. www.udi.no Then you visit the police station. You will need: your passport, current address in
Tromsø, insurance (e.g. European Health Insurance E 111/private health insurance), Admission Letter and Study Plan (Free-movers).
Residence permit II
For non-EU/EEA-students: Report to the police station within 7 days in order to get your residence permit stamped in your passport
You will need: your passport, colour photo, entry date to Norway, and your current address in Tromsø with room number, email address. Admission Letter and Study Plan (Free-movers)
Residence permit III
Remember to renew residence permit!! Application deadline: one month prior to
expiration of current permit.
