useful tip : sign immediately the back of the card upon reception and keep it safe.

CaRD ValiDitY The card is valid until the last day of the month indicated on its front side. it will be renewed before its expiration date, to allow its holder to benefit continuously from all services. The cardholder can get the new card 1 month before the expiration of the previous one.

CaRD limitplatinum card allows the cardholder to make purchases and withdrawals in the limit of his card’s ceiling and within his weekly or daily parameters.

The limit of platinum card is renewable the 1st day of each month.

CaPaCitY OF PuRCHaSE anD WitHDRaWalThe parameters of platinum card are the following:

Platinum, a CHiP CaRDplatinum belongs to the new generation of chip cards, designed to insure the best in terms of safety of use. The piN code should be memorized; it is needed for all withdrawal and purchase transactions.

Pin CODEmandatory for all aTm withdrawal transactions and frequently required for purchase transactions, the piN code is a security guarantee.

useful tips:The piN is personal. No one is entitled to ask for it: neither legal authorities, nor sgBl or masterCard.it should be memorized and the document on which it was delivered should be destroyed.if a piN code is forgotten, a new one may be requested at the branch.The card and its secret code should never be kept together.

FEES

The card price is deducted from the account upon subscription.every year, at the end of the anniversary month of the subscription, the renewal fee of platinum card will be debited from the account.

B. PaYmEntS anD WitHDRaWalS

PaYmEntSThe cardholder can benefit from a grace period up to 30 days on all purchases made by platinum card during the month. The amount of purchases made by platinum card is debited from the current account at the end of each month.

Steps to Follow:platinum cardholder shows the card to the merchant.if the pOs accepts chip cards, the card is inserted into the chip card reader and the payment is validated by entering the piN code and signing the payment receipt given by the merchant.if the pOs doesn’t accept chip cards, the card is swiped in the magnetic stripe reader and the payment is validated by signing the payment receipt given by the merchant.

WitHDRaWalS The amounts withdrawn from aTms as well as the commission on withdrawals are directly debited from the current account.
