Methodology If the professor did not provide a methodology, please input your suggested paragraph in blue font if you know the professor’s methodology for the course. The course revolves around a simulation of an actual court hearing Students are given an opportunity to experience a court trial within the confines of the classroom. Students are expected to know substantive law and procedural rules in handling their case.

For the Topics, please use the numbering format and spacing below. You can go up to the small letter (e.g. “a”) level, or if needed, up to the “i” level.
The first level topics (Roman Numeral level topics) should be in bold and using “SMALL CAPS” font effect (first letter of each word is capitalized but the font effect selected/ticked under the fonts effect menu is ‘small caps’). The rest of the sub-topics should not be bold and should be in normal font effect.
If the course mainly focuses on one law (or a few core laws), put the relevant articles or sections of the law in brackets right after the topic/sub-topic. If there are many different laws and regulations taken-up in the course, you can just put these in the “References and Materials (Readings and Other Assignments)” in the next section.

Moot Court 100% The criteria for grading the moot court are (1) preparedness, (2) objections, (3) genuineness of the issues, (4) pleadings and motions submitted and (5) clarity in presentation of evidences and allegations.
V. COURSE POLICIES

Judge Pimentel expects students to come to class in formal attire – long sleeves barong or coat and tie. He is also strict on attendance. Absent and delinquent students will receive a deduction on their final grade for each infraction incurred.
