PRE-PRODUCTION AND POST PRODUCTION

Pre Production When it comes to the pre production side to the film the market research

plays a vital and important role by bringing in the correct target audience for the Blockbuster Film. For the example need for speed will have to look into the game Need For Speed which was the original game which previously came out before the film did. Once they have look at the game it is important to bring in the correct target audience for the product. They also can create surveys and questionnaires. By ding this they can relate to there target audience and can learn more about them and what buis expected from them in the film.

Post Production. The post production is all about the screen testing, this is where they do a

screening for the film before the release date and ask the audience what they think of the film and ask them to come along and see the film, however they have to get the correct target audience to come along relating to the films genre. Once they have seen the film they provide feedback of the film back to the company who set up the post production. By doing this this ghelps them whjat to add or cut in the film.

SYNERGY AND USP Synergy is where any related product to the film is on sales. A main

synergy product for the film or a film like this is the game need for speed Pro Street. And any of the games such as scaleletrix or toy cars. They also have to appeal to the younger target audience.

USP stands for unique selling point. What makes people buy the product. For example the posters the image of the women on the front of it attracts the younger male generation. And also the cars in the film if one of the cars that you like then this draws you in to the film or the game.
