About the Institute:
Priyadarshini Engineering College, the flagship of Jai Barath Charitable Trust, was
established in 1995 at Vaniyambadi in Vellore district of Tamilnadu. The College has been
approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and Affiliated to Anna
University, Chennai. Priyadarshini Engineering College situated in the rural area of Vaniyambadi,
Vellore District is committed to the vision of developing itself into a multi campus, Inter -
disciplinary Institution of Excellence through symbiotic efforts and innovative practices of
management and faculty to provide the student with an ambient academic environment, ideal for the
pursuit of knowledge and development carrier.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:
The department provides an idyllic environment focuses on making the MBA
graduates innovative and versatile to cope with the current and emerging industry
requirements. The department has PhDs and well qualified industrial experienced
faculties who strongly believe that the foundation of value creation lies in the path of
continuous learning. The department is supported with a well equipped class room, a
separate computer lab with 40 computers with internet facility and a fully equipped
seminar hall with audio - visual facilities.

The MBA program seeks to enable students to achieve the following objectives:
1. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of concepts, techniques, technologies, skills and ethics of
business disciplines.
2. Develop & demonstrate team based skills for solving business problems.
3. Evaluate business issues and practices from a local and global perspective.
4. Demonstrate the skills necessary to conduct independent research.

On 10th August Department of Management Studies(DoMS) conducted A Guest

MBA students participated in ISLAMIAH WOMENS COLLEGE, and won
the Title best manager, got prizes in Business Debate , Product Launch, PPT, corporate walk,
stress handling, dumb-c, wealth out of waste, Business Quiz and got participation certificates in
collage.
