• For companies: Major impact into product development, Good reference for the product. Some are enrolled in coaching programs.

• For city: Procurement according to users’ feedback from this pilot (case: collaboration social media tools)

FinEst Smart Mobility• 5x 3-month minipilots H1/07,• nx max12-month pilots H2/07->• H1 120k, H2 500-700k €• Part of Helsinki-Tallinn twin city –

program to smoothen traffic between them = also target result for minipilots

• Minipilots are used to probe new innovations around the the selected themes

• Focus on major traffic bottleneck; an island with 1 (!!) main way in/out, still hosting Europe’s 2nd

busiest passenger port and soon 15k inhabitants
