Some important points on General Office Administration

Letter receiving section at the BPHC , PHC and periphery should be maintained properly as per standing Govt. procedure.

To avoid the letter / Order / Written Intimation / Reports etc. receiving chaos at Block , the email also send from District Head Quarter should be docating at concerned Block HQ and send to concerned persons for N/A from BMOH/BPHN/Sr.PHN/Competent Authority and in some cases from his deputed officials.
