INTRODUCTION Harpreet Singh Bedi (Ranbir kapoor) , a Sikh

B.COM graduate with approximately 39 percent marks who becomes a salesman with a big corporate computer assembly and service employees find their way to Rocket Sales — a place where even the guy who serves company, AYS. His idealistic vision of the working world shatters quickly. Within a few days, a client asks for a kick-back. Harpreet is aghast and files a complaint. But his honesty only brings him a demotion and humiliation. After making concessions to a client for the company, Harpreet realizes that sales success is dependent on the customer. No one agrees with him but Harpreet remains firm on his belief and forms his own company in Rocket Sales Corporation. Other disgruntled tea is an equal partner because he brings talent to the table.

He considered that the owner of the company degrades and insulted him in the front of the members of the staff of the company. And also the member of the staff does not cooperate with him and they thrown on him build a little papers rocket.

Sp that’s why he can’t bear these circumstances. And he takes the decision to create a new computer firm in the name of RECKET SALES CORPORATION. By the compete the AYS.

Harpreet Singh Bedi realized this and was able to set up the extremely successful Rocket Sales. His former boss however is too entangled in numbers. Harpreet Singh realizes that a satisfied employee is the key to a satisfied customer and fully exploits this fact. Clients like the attitude of the staff of Rocket Sales who seem to be genuinely interested in serving them

Rocket Singh set forth a very important message but I am sure not one CEO would have seen the movie. And whoever has seen it would not even think of revisiting the HR policies. Until the organizations wake up to the knowledge of Rocket Singh, the world would continue to be a rat race, with no winners.

Harpreet Singh Bedi (Ranbir Kapoor) has just graduated, and his marks are, well, let's say a little embarrassing. But marks never stopped him from dreaming of an exciting and adventurous career, and they never will. 'Rocket Singh - Salesman of the Year' is the sometimes thoughtless.

Sometimes thoughtful story of a fresh graduate trying to find a balance between the maddening demands of the 'professional' way, and the way of his heart - and stumbling upon a crazy way which turned his world upside down, and his career right side up. Welcome to the world of sales, boss! 

After obtaining just 39% from Mumbai University, Harpreet Singh Bedi, who lives with his grandfather, gets employed with AYS Computers as a Salesman. This is where he will find out that honesty is NOT the best policy; will be treated as a 'Joker Sardar'; be shunned and mocked by his superiors and colleagues alike.

His overtures to make a name for himself will compel him to partner with four other employees from the firm, namely Girish Reddy, Koena Shaikh, Chhotelal Mishra, and Nitin Rathore, leading to the creation of a fictitious organization - 'Rocket Sales Corporation'.
