Click on Apply in the Paycheck Protection Program Forgiveness box. 

Throughout the application process you will find helpful boxes (tiles) on the right side of the screen. These boxes are meant to provide helpful information related to the questions in the application.

BUSINESS INFO REVIEW

Review your business information and then click on  Continue with this Business.

If your business information has changed since obtaining the PPP loan, please contact the PPP Forgiveness Support Team at pppforgiveness@cpb.bank or (808) 544‐6865 to update yourinformation.

At any time during the application process, you can click on Save and come back later and resume where you left off.

COVERED PERIOD ANDPAYROLL FREQUENCY

Your coverage period begins on the date that your PPP Loan was funded.Your funding/disbursement date will be pre‐populated.

Select whether you want to apply for an 8 week or 24 week coverage period. Borrowers who received their SBA Loan after June 25, 2020 will default to 24 weeks.

Select your payroll frequency.If you select Weekly or Bi‐Weekly you will have an added option to enter in an alternative payroll date.

If you have a mixed payroll frequency, select your businesses general payroll frequency.

3508EZ ELIGIBILITY

Review the three (3) qualification questions to determine if you are eligible to use the 3508EZ form.

Determination will be based off of answering "Yes" on any one (1) of the three questions.

Should you wish, you're also eligible to use the full 3508 form .

For Sole Proprietors and owner(s,) enter owner compensation in the "Compensation to Owners" section.

Select if you, with your affiliates received more than $2 million in PPP funds.‐ Enter your EIDL Application number. If you did not receive an EIDL loan, leave number blank.‐ Enter the EIDL amount. If you did not receive an EIDL loan, leave amount blank.

UPLOAD DOCUMENTS ‐ LIST

Please review the list of required documents prior to submitting your application. For your convenience, here is the list. Click on What documentation is needed! → 

You can either drag and drop your individual files or click "browse" to upload from the appropriate location.

Alternatively, you can upload the entire folder with supporting documents for payroll cost, non‐payroll cost and FTE count etc instead of uploading individual documents in the Loan Forgiveness Supporting Documents placeholder. 

There will be a checkmark next to the name of the document. If you receive a server error, please upload the file again. If the wrong file was uploaded, click on replace to re‐upload.If your  files are too big and are unable to upload, please contact the PPP Forgiveness Support Team at pppforgiveness@cpb.bank or (808) 544‐6865.

STEP 2 OF APPLICATION COMPLETE

Once all documents have been uploaded, you will see a check mark on the right of Upload Documents. Congratulations, you have now completed your forgiveness application! You will receive an email to confirm the submission of your forgiveness application.

Once we receive your completed application, Central Pacific Bank has 60 days to review and submit your completed application to the SBA. The 60 days start when your application is fully complete with supporting documents attached. If documents are missing, the Forgiveness Support Team will reach out to you to obtain required documents.

SBA then has an additional 90 days to review and approve your application.

You will also receive follow up emails as each step is completed.
