To ensure success in our students is

important that teachers learn the importance of

collaboration. Education is an important part of

human development and together we must

ensure that students learn in an environment

where ideas are shared and discuss with one

another. Collaboration can unite parents,

teachers, and students to ensure success is

achieved. With the advances in technology

collaboration has become easier for teachers to

maintain a collaborative relationship with

fellow teachers, parents and communities to

help students receive a good education.

• Whyville: Great online community for students in elementary school. This website provide students with games about different subjects as well as games to play against each other. This is a great way for students to practice class material as well as working together and learning how to collaborate.

• Collaborize Classroom: Good for students in middle schools. This platform provides teachers with assignments to go alongside their lesson plans. It promotes collaboration amongst students by encouraging participation.

• Crocodoc: This tool is good for high school students providing them with a way of taking notes. This tool also provides students a way of working together to make annotations.
