Renovation Project Update
Renovation Update - Our Appraiser has finished his preliminary work andcan value the areas in scope of renovation at just over the twice the valueof our improvements. With a margin of 2% he is able to document this valuebecause ironically, the demolition of those rooms back in June are a materialchange from what he documented in May, and the demolition helped ourvaluation! Without having demo'ed the rooms ahead of time, we would not
be able to have the higher "in use" valuation that wenow have today. Completely unexpected benefit, butone that is welcome none-the-less. The team will beworking with VLK Architects on Thursday to start proofin detail the submissions to the City permitting officewhile we wait for the official report from the Appraiserat the beginning of next week.
