and provide additional information to be prepared for the new Child

Care Package which starts on the 2nd of July.

The cold has kicked in but the fun at Dboosh never ends! This May we have

launched The Sustainability Squad, explored different cultures and identities,

continued with our Wednesday afternoon sports program, and reviewed our

philosophy with the staff and families.

A friendly reminderSigning your child in and out

Please remember to sign your child in and out of each session at

Dboosh as is a legal requirement. This helps us ensure thatchildren

are safe and accounted for at all times.

Permanent bookings

For new permanent booking please request a 2018 Reservation

Form from The Centre or our website www.dboosh.org

Changes to permanent bookings

Please complete our change of booking form in order to alter your

permanent booking. This is available from Dboosh or our website.

Once we have assessed availability of the days you have requested

we will let you know the outcome via email.

Casual bookings

It is really important for you to notify us by phone or email for casual

bookings. Bookings will only be accepted by parents. If your child

comes to Dboosh without a booking they will be sent to the school

office and you will be contacted to come and collect your child.

3.15pm bell

This bell is to ensure all children of families who are not attending

Dboosh or ASA activities should leave the premises with their

families go to the school office.

Dear families…You need to do a Centrelink Child

Care Subsidy Assessment now

You can do your assessment through

https://www.education.gov.au/ChildCarePackage,

myGov or through the Express Plus Centrelink

mobile app.

This is important because if you don’t do your

assessment, you may not receive any subsidy

from the 2nd of July.

2. Provide some new information by completing

your Childcare Subsidy assessment including:

• Your income estimate

• Your activity test

• Confirming your child’s enrolment details

IMPORTANT:• Please link your child to your service

provider which is Double Bay Out of School

Hours Care

• Indicate whether your child attends on a

casual or permanent basis

• If any of your details change, please update

them as soon as possible through the

myGov website.

3. The government will then assess your eligibility

4. You will receive an assessment notification to

advise you of your entitlement
