Disclaimer

Certain statements and/or graphics in the Company’s press releases, web site information and

corporate displays, among others, constitute “forward-looking statements”. These statements are

based on information currently available to the Company and the Company provides no assurance

that actual results will meet management’s expectations. Forward-looking statements include

estimates and statements that describe the Company’s future plans, objectives or goals, including

words to the effect that the Company or management expects a stated condition or result to occur.

Forward-looking statements may be identified by terms such as “believes”, “anticipates”, “expects”,

“estimates”, “may”, “could”, “would”, “will”, or “plan”, or their conditional or future forms. Since

forward-looking statements are based on assumptions and address future events and conditions, by

their very nature they involve inherent risks and uncertainties.

Actual results relating to, among other things, results of exploration, project development,

reclamation and capital costs of the Company’s mineral properties, and the Company’s financial

condition and prospects, could differ materially from those currently anticipated in such statements

for many reasons such as: changes in general economic conditions and conditions in the financial

markets; changes in demand and prices for minerals; litigation, legislative, environmental and other

judicial, regulatory, political and competitive developments; technological and operational difficulties

encountered in connection with the activities of the Company; and other matters discussed in this

presentation. This list is not exhaustive of the factors that may affect any of the Company’s forward-

looking statements. These and other factors should be considered carefully and readers should not

place undue reliance on the Company’s forward-looking statements. The Company does not

undertake to update any forward looking statement that may be made from time to time by the

Company or on its behalf, except if required to do so by applicable securities laws. You are

cautioned not to place any undue reliance on any forward-looking statement.

Forward Looking Statements or Information Related to Exploration:

Relating to exploration, the identification of exploration targets and any implied future investigation

of such targets on the basis of specific geological, geochemical and geophysical evidence or trends

are future-looking and subject to a variety of possible outcomes which may or may not include the

discovery, or extension, or termination of mineralization. Further, areas around known mineralized

intersections or surface showings may be marked by wording such as “open”, “untested”, “possible

extension” or “exploration potential” or by symbols such as “?”. Such wording or symbols should not

be construed as a certainty that mineralization continues or that the character of mineralization (e.g.

grade or thickness) will remain consistent from a known and measured data point. The key risks

related to exploration in general are that chances of identifying economical reserves are extremely

small.

Regarding disclosure of exploration information with respect to the Bolo Property and Kinsley Gold

Project refer to the Company’s current NI 43-101 Technical Reports titled: Wolverson (2018)

Technical Report on the Bolo Property, Nye County, Nevada, USA, Effective Date August 15, 2018;

New Placer Dome has acquired the past-producing, Carlin-type, Kinsley

Mountain gold asset from Liberty Gold. Kinsley has a February 2020 updated

NI 43-101 resource of 535k ounces I+I and previous total production of 138,000

ounces between 1995-1999 at 1.4 g/t average grade through an ROM heap

leach. The land package is 4,213 acres. Kinsley is permitted for 2020 drilling.

Nevada Assets T h r e e P r o j e c t s

1 Kinsley Mountain

Bolo is Carlin-type project located 90km NE of Tonopah and a recent

successful 1,832m drill program delivered some of the most significant gold

intercepts of all Nevada exploration this year proving up high-grade oxide from

surface and a new high-grade oxide discovery at depth. Land package is 3,332

acres. Bolo is permitted for 2020 drilling.

2 Bolo

Troy Canyon is strategically located 30 minutes from Bolo with small high-

grade previous production. Land package is 1,218 acres. Geophysics are

planned for 2020.

Kinsley Mountain

Project Overview

► Located in the underexplored Eastern Great Basin

– Barrian mining’s strategy is to explore off-trend in the Eastern Great Basin for oxidized heap

leachable, and high grade sulphide Carlin style deposits

– Liberty Gold has recently finished a drill program with results pending

► Carlin-style gold system located approximately 90 km from the Long Canyon deposit(1)

► Newly updated gold resource estimate published in February 2020(2)

– Indicated 418,000 ounces grading 2.63 g/t gold (4.95 million tonnes)

– Indicated high-grade zone of 302,000 ounces grading 6.11 g/t gold (1.54 million tonnes)

– Inferred 117,000 ounces grading 1.51 g/t gold (2.44 million tonnes)

– Resource expansion potential high with over 80% of the property untested by drilling

► Western Flank high grade discovery in late 2013

– Indicated resource of 302,000 ounces grading 6.11 g/t gold

► Highly unlikely that the Western Flank Zone is the only high-grade zone.

► Initial testing indicates strong sulphide metallurgical recoveries

– Testing suggests high-grade flotation + leached tails concentrate feasible

– Secret Canyon: 89 – 95% recovery, 98.6 – 312 g/t gold concentrate grade(2)

– Dunderberg: ~83% recovery, 42.0 – 52.3 g/t gold concentrate grade(2)

Kinsley Mountain Mineralization Model (Stratigraphy)

• Au mineralization hosted in multiple horizons, with stronger mineralization near high angle fault zones

• Calcareous shales with low-angle structural disruption/deformation are the best host rocks, with significant mineralization also hosted in collapse breccias in massive limestones

• Historic exploration and open pit mining focused on the upper shale unit (Dunderberg) and the brecciated limestones above it (Notch Peak)

• The lower shale unit (Secret Canyon Shale) was not explored, and Pilot Gold discovered high grade mineralization at depth in 2013

• Continuing exploration has focused on other locations where shallow mineralization had been drilled, but the lower shale wasn’t

Kinsley Mountain Mineralization Model (Structure)

• Large-scale structures strongly influence most of the mineralization at Kinsley

• local pods of mineralization are located away from these main structures, and are possibly

related to un-recognized cross structures (Racetrack, Right Spot)

• Mineralization is strongest at intersections of these large structures, low-angle

deformation/shear horizons, and preferential stratigraphy

Controls

• The majority of drilling expenditure from 2011-2019 has been drilling out the Western Flank

Zone resource with tightly-spaced diamond core holes (mostly in 2014)

• 2015-2019 programs consisted of a small number of RC drill holes, stepping out on the WFZ

resource, and testing a few satellite targets

• Follow-up drilling on satellite targets has been limited by budgetary constraints

• A larger budget would allow for road construction into the more promising target zones, and

more persistent drilling to fully define the mineralization

Potential Overview

Kinsley North – Encouraging Surface

Geochemistry and Structural Patterns

• The pattern of significant, NW-striking

structures continues to the north end of

the range

• The surface is underlain by Pogonip

Group rocks, which overlie the Notch

Peak Limestone

• No drilling has been done on these

targets, but several access roads and drill

sites are permitted and ready to go

• Target horizons in the KN area include

the Dunderberg Shale, and the Pogonip-

Notch Peak contact (same host horizon

as Long Canyon)

• NNE-striking normal faults influence Au

and As in soil sample grids on the east

side of the range

• A significant, untested lineament of As-in-

soils on the west side of the range

coincides with low angle structures
