• Scores count 20 percent in the calculation of a student’s final course grade.

ACCESS For ELLs®
• An English language proficiency assessment taken by limited English proficient students in Kindergarten through 12th grade.
• The ACCESS for ELLs® is composed of four subtests that are used to determine students’ composite score.
• The scores are numeric values ranging from 0 to 6.
• Students must continue taking the assessment until they have scored a composite of 4.4 with no subtest score less than 4.0.
