• Demand is still strong in June with pending up 12.7% month-over-month and 21.3% year-over-year – the highest pending level recorded in over a decade.
• With pending and sold listings having a strong month, inventory continues to be tight with active listings down 32.5% compared to June of last year. There are 2,678 fewer active listings on the market in June 2020 compared to this time last year.
• Average sold price also increased with detached single family (DSF) at $554,029 up 2.1% year-over-year and attached single family (ASF) at $368,357, up 0.5% year-over-year.
• Sold Listings bounced back in June, up 71.6% month-over-month:• Adams up 62.5%• Broomfield up 109.4%• Douglas up 48.0%• Jefferson up 77.7%
