Camtasia Narrated PowerPoint:  Camtasia is a very flexible, easy to use program from Techsmith (www.techsmith.com)

Camtasia allows the user to record every click of the mouse, every turn of the page, and narrate it all at the same time. Video can also be introduced into Camtasia if desired

Jing Narrated PowerPoint:  Jing is a very flexible, easy to use program from Techsmith. You can think of it as the free though less robust version of Camtasia.

Zentation: Zentation is a free tool that allows you to merge a YouTube video with a PPt presentation, as shown in this presentation from the Zentation site.
