With up to 9,800 tests per hour, the cobas® 8000 modular analyzer series is capable of delivering up to three times faster throughput than the competition. Unlike other integrated analyzers on the market, the cobas 8000 eliminates bottlenecks caused by limited throughput capacity or slow incubation times.

Integrate with the cobas 8100 automated workflow series to achieve high-speed, bi-directional sample transport and accelerate testing efficiency.

The Module Sample Buffer provides true random access to each and every sample rack for fast and efficient sample handling and analytics.

• Each module sample buffer can hold up to 20, five-position sample racks (100 samples).

• Non-linear buffers mean no racks have to be moved out of the way to process a specific rack – a rack can truly move from anywhere to everywhere within the system.

• Auto QC compartments in the back allows for user-defined automatic QC throughout the day without tech intervention.

The cobas c 702 module uses two sample probes with discrete pipetting, giving the system an effective cycle time of 1.8 seconds so you can maximize your throughput during your peak testing periods.
