Complex Connections, Made Simple....The Power Hub Basic simplies the complex and time consuming task of integrating multiple mass ow devices and related control components. Mass Flow Controllers, Mass Flow Meters, Solenoid Valves, and similar devices can all be congured and controlled from a single intuitive interface. Different communication protocols whether analog or digital, are handled internally by the Power Hub and presented to the user in one format. The Simplex Connect Power Hub Basic along with its interchangeable modules give the user a true turn-key, plug and play solution.

View and Respond to Alarms• Alarms are prominently displayed on the Home Screen

• Alarms are displayed at the channel level for quick assessment

• Program any channel to trigger an alarm if ow falls below or

rises above an alarm set point.

Single View Home Screen• Simple layout provides all vital information for each channel

• Color coded labels make it easy to read the status for each channel (Purge, Closed, On or off)

• User customizable channel labels mean no more look up tables or sticky notes

• Actual ow is continuously displayed

Setup Automatic Logic for Alarms• With a Simplex Logic I/O module installed, High or Low alarms

can activate external devices such as buzzers, solenoids,

shut down devices, etc.

• Logic inputs can trigger events that activate MFC actions

Intuitive Setup Screen• Assign gas names or custom labels for each channel

• Set High and or Low alarms

• Purge, Close or Activate from one screen

• Single button control to switch between Mass Flow

Controllers and Mass Flow MetersOne: Insert modules of choice and

connect your devices

Remote CommunicationsThe Power Hub Basic includes an RS232 serial port for remote communication. A software package is available that includes remote control capabilities, data logging, and a software update utility.

If you prefer to write your own custom applications, the Power Hub Basic includes a complete ASCII command set. All local variables can be read or written remotely allowing users to create their own customized software for complete remote control.

Two:Congure scaling, alarms, and

logic control for each device

Three:Program MFC's set points

Four: Be productive, not frustrated with

complex setups, programming or

creating custom cabling
