I. Routine, Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of elect ical auxiliaries
of coal handling plant, electrical auxiliaries includes HT motors of raw
coal crushers, LT motors of various conveyors, pumps, stacker/
reclaimer system, Tripler Trolley, exhaust fan and slip ring induction
motors of wagon tipplers and11KV/ 415V, 1600KVA Transformers etc.
II. Routine, Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of 6.6 kv/415v
electrical control panels of various transformer feeder, conveyors,
wagon tippler systems, crusher motor, pumps, electromagnetic vibrator
feeders, bunker feeder trolley, etc.

gears and relays of above auxiliaries.
IV. Retrofitting of HT and LT breakers and panels.
V. Lighting of coal handling plant
VI. Job also demands for Material Management for the above works
includes purchase planning, material inventory and material testing etc.
VII. Job responsibility involves handling, guiding, motivating and leading

During service at T.P.S. Ukai I had supervise errection and commissioning of
raw coal stacker/ reclaimer plant.
esponsibilities At Gas Based Power Station,
Utran. were as below:
I. Co-ordination and supervision of the extension and renovation of 66 kv
switchyard contains 14 bays involves.
i. Errection and commissioning of 100 MVA
220/66kvTransformer Bay.
ii. 66kv under round cable laying in trench as well as in
termination and testing work.
iii. 220kv Breaker, CT, PT, Isolator errection and commissioning,
testing work and also of their control panel.
iv. 15 MVA 66/11 kv Transformer errection, commissioning and
testing work with its control and rtcc panel.
v. 66kv Breakers, Isolators, CTs, PTs errection , commissioning
and testing work.
vi. Errection and commissioning of control panel for 66 kv feeders.
vii. Errection, commissioning and testing of 11 kv panel for various
11 kv feeders.
viii. 11 kv cable laying, termination and testing work.
ix. Errection, commissioning and testing of under frequency relay
panel for ire landing scheme.
x. Errection, commissioning and testing of S.M.F. 100 AH, 220
volt battery set and battery charger.
xi. Errection, commissioning and testing of 11kv/ 440 v station
transformer.
xii. Errection, commissioning and testing of 415v LT panel.
II. Routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of 66kv switchyard

material and manpower management for
scheduled/preventive/breakdown maintenance in minimum time to
avoid effect on generation.
From August -2004 to 2007, r
involves control fault finding, equipment testing/replacement,
overhauling etc.
III. Colony lighting involves domestic/office/commercial and street lighting
and maintenance there off.
IV. Routine/preventive/breakdown maintenance of 11kv/440v transformer
station, 11kv overhead line, LT Line, A.C. machine, water cooler etc.
V. For all the activities from sr. no . I to IV I have to handle 20 to 25 man
power to provide them guidance wherever required, to motivate them, to
