WINDOWS & DOORSIt is possible to choose among di�erent opening systems and materials, as per the type of breeding. Insulated tunnel doors in a totally enclosed house has been shown to reduce energy consumption by 10% or more. The windows are characterized by a Waristos opening system or movable rolling curtains, including the installation of an anti-sparrow galvanized mesh.

STANDARD SANDWICH PANELS INCLUDE

ROOF PANELSThe roof covering is PIR �re retardant sandwich panels in double pre-painted steel sheet. TSSC o�ers panels in a wide range of thicknesses and colors, though standard colors are O� White (RAL9002). To improve transmission of natural light into the breeding sheds TSSC also manufactures & supplies Translucent GRP and Polycarbonate skylight panels which are light in weight and provide insulation .

WALLSTSSC o�ers well-insulated internal and external walls which reduce the heating / cooling costs dramatically by an approx. 30%. The increased level of environmental control also tends to result in improved bird performance.The walls are constructed with sandwich panels, that have a PIR �re retardant core and are available in standard RAL color. The panels are also available in a range of di�erent thicknesses and colors to suit customer requirements.

STEEL STRUCTUREThe structure is made of hot dip galvanized pro�les with sections carefully designed according to the project. The beams are bolted to the columns, which are �xed to the foundations by anchors. Columns can be in either cold rolled steel as well as built up structures. In alternative to hot dip galvanized pro�les, the structures are also manufactured with special material such as Magnelis, Post Mac and Super Dyma which provide better corrosion resistance.
