Small tufts are essential
Small tufts are essential for efficient cleaning.Small tufts offer a large surface area. Trash, dirt and dust are exposed and can be removedgently.
Efficient bale opening must prepare the mater-ial properly for the subsequent cleaning stages,as well as making operation easy and ensuringthat personnel are largely relieved of the needto intervene unnecessarily. The UNIfloc A 11fulfils these requirements.

Efficient bale opening
A whole series of functions support you to
ensure simple, efficient bale opening. Inparticular, optional scanning of the contoursof the bale makes laborious alignment of thebale lay-down unnecessary. Alignment isperformed automatically during several take-off cycles. The bales are opened parallel, down to the last tuft. The intelligent controlsystem ensures uniform bale reduction.

Flexibility is part of the package
Have you plenty of space? You can lay downas many as 130 bales in four groups oneach side of the machine. This means thatfour assortments can be processed auto-matically at the pre-selected take-off speedand with the required production volume.
Safety as a matter of course
The safety concept of the UNIfloc A 11 per-mits hazard-free, monitored take-off. Thesafety elements consist of flaps and self-monitoring ultrasonic sensors, which arefitted on the front of the take-off unit.
