In addition, he consults for organizations including youth soccer clubs, Major League Soccer teams and US Soccer. Lee is a USSF “A” licensed youth soccer coach and has coached for over 20 years. Robin Russell, educated as a teacher, joined the English FA in 1978 eventually becoming Assistant Director of Coaching in 1989. While at the English FA, Robin created the FA Coaches Association, and the FA Learning Ltd. Robin left the FA in 2005 to start his own e-learning business and to become the UEFA Football Development Consultant. He has also acted as a consultant on e- learning, coach education and football development projects for FIFA, National Associations and clubs.
