The course will introduce you to fruit production design. Learn handson, cold climate permaculture techniques, and ‘real world’ cultivation skills including fruit tree grafting techniques. Stefan builds on many permaculture principles during this interactive workshop. Learn how he designed his permaculture orchard in a colder, northern, temperate zone at Miracle Farms located in Quebec, Canada to break free of chemicals & reduce fossil fuel use.
