Inference:Out of 150 customers, it is found that after using Hero Honda CBZ X-treme bike 2[1.33%] customers are strongly disagree for recommend our close friends/relatives to purchase this bike, 21[14%] customers are disagree for recommend our close friends/relatives to purchase this bike, 40[26.67%] customers are neutral for recommend our close friends/relatives to purchase this bike,76[50.67] customers are agree for recommend our close friends/relatives to purchase this bike and 11[7.33%] customers are strongly agree for recommend our close friends/relatives to purchase this bike. It means more than 50% customers are agree for recommend our close friends/relatives to purchase this bike.

Inference:The test performed at 95%, significance value (2-tailed) comes out as 0.000 means here null hypothesis is rejected and alternative hypothesis is accepted. Hence, there is significant difference between calculated mean
and hypothesis mean therefore it is clean that customers are not agree to recommend close friends/relatives to purchase the CBZ X-treme bike from the test. It is clean that tcal value is -7.204 which indicate that customers’ responses are between neutral and agree. 4.2 I feel I have made the best use of my money by purchasing the CBZ X-treme Bike.Purpose:To know how many customers after using Hero Honda CBZ X-treme bike feel that I have made the best use of my money by purchasing this Bike. Inference:Out of 150 customers, it is found that after using Hero Honda CBZ X-treme bike 4[2.67%] customers are strongly disagree, 23[15.33%] customers are disagree, 37[24.67%] customers are neutral, 62[41.33%] customers are agree and 24[16%] customers are strongly agree with the statement that is purchasing Hero Honda CBZ X-treme is the best use of my money. It means more than 50% customers are agree with the statement that is purchasing Hero Honda CBZ X-treme is the best use of my money.

It means more than 50% customers agree with the statement that I would like to continue to be the proud owner of this bike.
