Post Mortem-VDC Cross Learning Session Goal/Objective: (Post Mortem is a valuable tool for continuous Improvement).

The purpose of this discussion is to record, in detail, the specific activities that were most effective and those that require adjustments for future events. (i.e. obstacles, challenges, successes, what could be done differently next time, etc.).

To identify the weakness of handling & organizing the ‘VDC Cross Learning Session’ on the 4th March 2014 and how to improve the event by giving a listing of recommendations (what we could do better next time).

MEP: To elaborate more on MEP services, Coordination between architecture, structure & MEP Interfacing

Visual Aids: Video Conference to be improved, Separate session for Southern Region, Improve the technology areas & training team must have quality visual aids (especially the microphones), Better audio & video system, Please improve the IT teachnical , visual aids (Speaker, Live coonection, Micropohone & etc).

1.Probably the best time for next cross project learning is after 4pm(a) IT Support Standby (b)Internet Bandwidth2. To Book Pent house One (1) month earlier.3. Look ahead schedule-to come out with an annual list of session for pre-arrangement.4. It is best to make the event time shorter based on speakers content (propose by the speaker) based on specific topics shared by relevant attendees in a smaller group discussion5. Facilitator to prepare the event checklist, proper arrangement & agenda6. Must have rehearsal/run through before the event.
