Our organisations (and our governments) were designed in a pre-digital age

Today we have to take down historical barriers to benefit fully from digital, but barriers go up too

Show what happens with Korea’s acceleration e.g. Internet of Things could be slower in other countries

Co-design for post-digital:

Instead of a pre-digital world working out how to fit digital in, imagine being in a digital world planning where you will go next (TBL: “What do we want?”)

To do this needs an informed and inclusive* conversation

* But note lack of diversity here at WWW2014
