Possible Locations For Our Music Video

This image was taken in Greenwich, right outside the O2 London Arena. We thought this would be a great place to film particularly because of the green grass-like background as you can see in the image, which we think would be ideal for shooting scenes of memoranda.

We thought this big screen outside the O2 Arena would be ideal for us to us, having a video flashback playing of the two characters in the background whilst the singer is in front of it lip syncing. Unfortunately we could not get permission to use the screen and therefore had to invent another way to convey this.

This water fountain is in Canary Wharf in Cabot Square, and again we felt this would be an ideal setting to shoot memoranda. This idyllic scenes would be perfect for evoking atmospheres of love and happiness, which is exactly what we are aiming for.

Harrods

There is a key line in the song which goes ‘I wanna buy you the finer things, Gucci and Prada and all them designer things’ so for this we had an idea of showing the stores through a medium shot and then pan to the girl walking with loads of designer bags. We felt the perfect place for this would be Knightsbridge.

We also considered using this Armani store as it is extremely eye-grabbing with its excellent window displays. This could be used for the shot where the girl is shown pounding the pavement with a lot of bags.

Bridges...

We have a scene in the video in which the couple are running across the bridge laughing. We wanted this to be a romantic scene, so we considered many bridges all over London.

Motif: Red

Red is a symbolism of passion and love and we aim to use this in our own video. The main girl will be wearing red garments and at the end of our music video the red rose will signify why we have done this.
