It all unfolds by itself with no effort. All that is required is to ‘be’ along with it and know that there is a connection in the experience.

FocusThe locus of the focus alwaysoriginates from inside to outside. Who is there to see it?

Not the image itself, the attention given to a process by the being. Blurriness isone aspect of attention.



It’s all being done.

Nothing to do — the Source is taking care of the tides. Incoming and outgoing.

Expansion and contraction is the way of the universe. Complete, whole and unified.
