Jumped at an opportunity to work with Charlie Jackson, a magnificent retouching artist, and the lovely Danielle, our model to create a fun little fantasy. Crafting the portrait in the studio, thinking ahead to a landscape image not yet in hand proved a real challenge. Thanks for looking. Hope you enjoy!

Danielle’s hat implied winter. Fortunately, it was; winter, that is. I introduced strong rim lights because I envisioned a backlit
snowscape.
After skiing, one day, I trudged through the hillsand stumbled upon this beautiful stand of aspens.
