Goal One: Academic Excellence Create a District 76 Teaching and Learning Framework for the following programs: Social Studies, Science and Spanish Language Arts Learning Frameworks Strengthen instructional practices and outcomes by developing the Student Learning Objectives (SLO’s) for each target program. Create learning environments that acknowledge and celebrate the unique attributes of every learner by: Utilizing student assessment data gathered from MAP and SLOs to plan appropriately challenging instructional opportunities to address individual student needs. Addressing student SEL concerns with early intervention opportunities/strategies Goal Two: Professional Excellence Utilize teacher leadership positions to promote empowerment and collaboration. Increase teacher led committees and team meetings. Develop leadership among all staff. Implement a strategic professional learning plan. Goal Three: Operational Excellence Develop and maintain common professional learning time for all staff. Each district department will develop a cohesive and comprehensive set of operational protocols. Goal Four: Financial Excellence Complete year 2 goals from our 5-year District facility plan to prioritize and improve facility infra- structure and architectural needs to ensure safety, security and compliance. All financial decisions will align with District goals and priorities to maintain focus of financial alignment with student growth and achievement. Promote district financial information and facility goals in a clear and transparent manner. Engage with community stakeholders regarding the district’s financial health and how it relates to student achievement goals. Goal Five: Communication Excellence Communicate individual student progress to parents on a frequent/con- sistent basis. Update school and district electronic communication with timely and relevant information for all stakeholders. Increase family and staff engagement through participation at school and district events. Visión Distrito Escolar de Diamond Lake 76: Tres escuelas, un distrito preparando a nuestros hijos para que sean aprendices de por vida, estar involucrados en su comunidad y listos para el mundo.

Meta Uno: Excelencia Académica Crear un Marco de Aprendizaje y Enseñanza del Distrito 76 para los siguientes programas: Marcos de Aprendizaje de Estudios Sociales, Ciencias y Artes del Lenguaje en Español

Fortalecer las prácticas y resultados de instrucción al desarrollar los Objetivos de Aprendizaje del Estudiante (SLO) para cada programa objetivo.

Crear un ambiente de aprendizaje que reconozcan y celebren los atributos únicos de cada alumno al:

Utilizar los datos de evaluación de los estudiantes acumulados de MAP y SLO para planificar oportunidades de instrucción adecuada-mente desafiantes para abordar las necesidades individuales de los estudiantes.

Reconocer las inquietudes de los estudiantes con las estrate-gias/oportunidades de intervención temprana

Meta Dos: Excelencia Profesional Utilizar posiciones de liderazgo de los maestros para promover el empoderamiento y la colabo-ración. Aumentar las comités dirigidas por mae-stros y reuniones de equipos.

Desarrollar el liderazgo entre todo el personal.

Implementar un plan estratégico de aprendizaje profesional.

Meta Tres: Excelencia Operativa

Desarrollar y mantener un tiempo de aprendizaje profesional común para todo el personal.

Cada departamento del distrito desarrollará un conjunto coherente y completo de protocolos operativos.

Meta Cuatro: Excelencia Financial

Complete las metas del año 2 de nuestro plan de instalaciones del Distrito de 5 años para priorizar y mejorar la infraestructura de las instalaciones y las necesidades arquitectónicas para garantizar la seguridad, la protección y el cumplimiento.

Todas las decisiones financieras se alinearán con las metas y prioridades del Distrito para mantener el enfoque de alineación financiera con el crecimiento y éxito de los estudiantes.
