The proposed plan focuses on accessibility of the whole site and preservation of historic objects. By bringing local material to the paving system, historic objects such as the “Wishing well” near the school and the “Waiting tree” in front of the church are connected, creating new spaces for people to gather and learn the history of Shiloh.

The existing condition offers the site plenty of potential. The target objective is to provide safety and enjoyment, as well as economic viability for both immediate residents and the neighborhood as a whole, accomplished by harvesting and reusing the materials within the site, and considering the local culture.
