Various SuperLite bottom compartment are developed for yours providing customers more options, Expedition bottom compartment are now available, maximizing inside storage using exterior handle. FeatherLite Systems provide less weight of construction. You just need this framed pull handle and fabric skins without any further structuring. Easy assemble and light weight frame help to be less cost and weight by well organized frame systems

1_ Bottom Compartment Systems 3

Comfort and reliable handle systems is our goal. Metallic finish SuperLite handle. Ibiza handle, Cole handle & Malibu handle are newly on board. Cole handle is designed for competitive market.

Locomo wheel systems is equiped shock absorbing spokes and installed heavy duty aluminum side frames. Bike wheel. Skate board wheel and Spinner wheel are designed for the molded foam back panel. Caliber wheels are proper to be used in exterior handle system luggage. The hybrid wheel is most durable & designed to be usde in hybrid bottom compartment system.

Newly introduced 55mm high profile mono foot stand gives excellent stability of the gear. Added aditional sizes for foot stands and rails give diversity.

Standard size to 225mm long corner protectors are available for the luggage.We have various styles of skid plates to meet the needs of customers.

Webbing inserted handle with aluminum tube and rubber.Private label is available on webbing or aluminum tube with many colors.

Full set of MetAstics tubular zipper puller are available in many colors.We also have plastic zipper puller and provide customized zipper pullers with competitive molding costs.

Newly developed series Alutica include many new design of buckle and hook.MetAstic Aluminum camlock is durable and prominently visible.We added full set aluminum metal hardware for 2015.

We Also provide aluminum stays and frame for baby carriers and heavy packs. With all our accumilated technology for aluminum tubing and mold product, we provide the most durable aluminum product for bags with specified palstic molding technology.
