- Residence -Concept: The homeowners are a young, successful couple in their late 30’s with three sons between 11 and 5 years old. They have recently moved into a new house in a high end neighborhood and have requested assistance in decorating their family room, study, foyer and screened porch. As a reminder of the years they spent in Italy early in their marriage, they would like the interior to reflect an Italian/Tuscan style while providing a sturdy, durable and casual style that can stand up to their boy’s rough play.

Mrs. Young Is an active retiree in her mid 60’s who would like her new apartment to showcase her love of travel and being in the outdoors. She would like a soft soothing pallet that reflects her relaxed lifestyle while eco-friendly products reflect her love of nature And her deep concern for the earth. She loves scrapbooking and getting together with friends for informal dinners And card games and would like areas for these activities included in her new home.
