Re-Make ProjectThe Re-make project was to design a clothing store for Junky Styling

who specialise in recycling clothing and alter recycled clothing to

specific clients. The design is inspired by Piet Mondrian, Paco

Rabanne and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. The upper level includes

selling space where clients can view, try on and buy clothing. The

lower level includes a wardrobe surgery where staff can talk to clients.

Staff facilities are available such as toilets, a kitchen and working

space.

The images above shows a

1:50 scale model of my Junky Styling store design.

Coffee Shop ProjectThis shows the section drawing of a café I have designed for one of

my university projects. The design is inspired by fire and enables a

mixture of users to use the space. The upper level includes a meeting

room enabling business people to use the space and a working area

for any students and business people. The lower level includes an

eating/ drinking space, kitchen and a service area. I have included a

fireplace that can be seen on the lower and upper level. Glass covers

the whole fireplace so that the fire is visible from all angles. A glass

staircase is wrapped around the fireplace allowing the user to view

the fire closely as they walk up the stairs.
