USABILITY TESTING

As a project management the key part of my role was managing our schedule and making sure that we were fullfiling on time, meeting requirements, allocating responsibilities in an quitable way according to our strenghts.

One of the challenges was the creation of an entirely new consumer facing borad identity. We worked directly with Managing Director and CEO to find out the goals, scope and constraints of the new model launching projects in african territories

We used surverys and in-person to drill down to how consumersdiscover our models and other competative brands prevailing in the market. This is was a good understanding for user needs

We recruited users to test the demos of prototype softwares and models discovering flows and interaction need to be more user friendlycomparing carefully with other brands.
