Alison Penner has certainly gotten her foot in the door of Chicago’s blossoming fashion scene. She has assisted the models in Maria Pinto’s spring and fall fashion shows, worked behind the scenes at Chicago’s Bridal Market and dressed the mannequins on Michigan Avenue at Bloomingdales. She anticipates collaborating with some of the finest retailers, continuing to follow her passion for visual merchandising. She has (worked) for companies such as Banana Republic, Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton’s Sephora, Pottery Barn, and has styled the faces of Ford and Elite models.

She attends Columbia College Chicago and will graduate in 2011 with a degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management, and a concentration in Fashion/Retail Management. She loves to engage with clients as a Makeup artist at Sephora. She has received several awards for demonstrating initiative, expertise, and passion for the client.

In addition to her service in the fashion/retail industry, she also worked as an apprentice for a professional bridal makeup artist.
