Delhi turns 100..be a delhi-o-holic

Since Delhi is completing its 100 years of being a national capital. For the same I planned a festival to celebrate the occasion. The festival targets college community of Delhi. This project was a combination of both building strategy and designing. Building identity, Promotion, and workability through ticket to metro ride and redeeme coupons completed the project.

Dastkar is an organization which helps people earn their living, they help save art, save environment. They have Kendre’s in many parts of India. I worked with Dastkar, Ranthambore and made Display pannels, signages and tag for them. Pannels are done visually because visitors come from all over the world and visual language solved the problem of communication barrier here.

An interactive story on a girls life was made in a group. Each page ends story in a dilemma, on choosing one option the story takes turn and yet again ends up in dilemma, so you have to keeping choosing one option till you finish the whole story.

Delhi public library for blind, is one of the major blind library in Delhi. Apparently, they don’t have brail signages on the rack, which makes students dependent on librarian. So, the need was identified and fulfilled in the project.Painting was also made which have the quotes in brail to inspire students. signage
