The building is located a short walk from James Street Merseyrail station which provides direct access to the Wirral and Northern Lines as well as Lime Street station which in turn provides mainline services and connections to all major UK towns & cities. The Mersey Ferry Terminal is located directly opposite the building and operates cross-river services 7 days a week between the Pier Head & Seacombe (Wirral) with an approximate journey time of 10 minutes. The M62 motorway lies 4 miles to the east of the city centre and provides direct access to the M57 & M6 motorways. The Wirral is also easily accessible via the Kingsway & Queensway Tunnels.
