Accessible bathroom design has a new

standard: O.novo Vita.

The extended collection comprises versatile

sanitary ceramics and accessories for special

requirements. Attractive details, such as the

handles on the ceramic washbasin, offer extra

comfort for cross-generational and hospital

bathrooms.

O.novo Vita complies with all the standards for

accessible bathrooms and the special

DirectFlush WCs and optional AntiBac coating

even exceed the strict hygiene requirements.

Washbasin (80 cm) with handles to

facilitate pulling up a wheelchair and

provide support.

Concealed groove on the underside makes it easier

to pull up a wheelchair and provides support when

How does AntiBac work?

AntiBac is a glaze with antibacterial properties: The

encapsulated silver ions are mixed into the glaze to

effectively prevent bacterial growth.

AntiBac is not a coating

The incorporation in the glaze

ensures that AntiBac lasts longer

and cannot be rubbed off. In addition,

the substance used is not the controversial

nano-silver but microparticles.

AntiBac reduces the growth of bacteria by more than 99.9% (>3 log levels) and

is available for ceramics and WC seats – and therefore perfectly suited to use in

healthcare facilities , busy commercial areas and public / semi-public buildings. The

glaze also protects areas that can't be reached when cleaning - e.g. WC inlet and

outlet.
