• Before 2016 schoolchildern of Aracaju’s public school should be classified 1st place in MEC (IDEB) test.

• First place in MEC’s school ranking for Northern and Northern Regions

SUMMARY •Beginning of 4-year term: only 22 •students in College;

• 4 years later this number went •up to 1215 + 2040 = 3.245 students

•A 147 fold increase, correcting a •terrible discrimination against poor students that before couldn’t afford to go to college.

•UNESCO’s invitation to debate the pedagogic plan in Paris.

• Sergipe’s project was praised for the “well succeded strategic improving public school quality in Sergipe that was used as model in other parts of the world”.

• Construction of a pediatric hospital (first and only of Sergipe)

• In 2011 the infant mortality rate dropped to half of 2000.

•Construction of a maternity in Bairro Santa Maria

•Health stations focusing on family issues

•Follow up of women throughout pregnancy and of their children through adolescence.
