PopMoney Transfer Management – Table of Contents

PopMoney – Transfer Management
Within PopMoney there are two different types of transfers that can be processed. For all transfers the
recipient has up to 10 days to accept the item. If the transfer is not accepted; the funds are returned to
your account. Regardless of the type of service used; the minimum amount for a request is $10.00.
• Send Money: Allows you to send funds to people using their cell phone number as a text, email
address, or bank routing and account number. This service is available on both desktop / laptop and
mobile devices.
• Request Money: Allows you to request people to send money to you by initiating a request sent to
their cell phone as a text or their email address. This service is available only on desktop / laptop
devices.
Note: PopMoney can only be used for domestic payments within the United States. International transactions cannot be
performed.

Send Money – One Time Transfer (Desktop/Laptop)
• Hover over Move Money and select PopMoney.
• On the Send Money screen, complete all required information.
• NOTE: Only if your profile is eligible for Express-Next Day
delivery, will the option populate in the Delivery section.
• You may view transfer limits for the requested transaction
by selecting the View Limits next to the amount field.
• Select Continue, review the transfer and select Send Payment.

Send Money – Recurring Transfer (Desktop/Laptop)
• Hover over Move Money and select PopMoney.
• On the Send Money screen, complete all required information.
• Ensure Make this a recurring payment box is selected.
• NOTE: Only if your profile is eligible for Express-Next Day
delivery, will the option populate in the Delivery section.
• You may view transfer limits for the requested transaction
by selecting the View Limits next to the amount field.
• Select Frequency and Duration from the drop-down menus as
there are multiple options available.
• Select Continue.
• Review the transfer and select Send Payment.

Send Money - One Time Transfer (Mobile)
• Tap to access menu.
• Tap PopMoney from the left hand menu.
• Tap Pay someone from the black menu.
• Tap an existing contact or begin entering a
mobile phone # or email.
• Matching contacts from your contact
list on your mobile device will
populate.
• Select the contact from the list or from
your mobile device.

• Tap $0.00 to determine amount.
Note: Minimum amount is $10.00.
• Tap From to select from where the funds are debited.
• If applicable, tap Deliver to set the time frame for delivery of funds.
Note: The ability to edit the delivery speed may not be available to all
clients.
• Tap Message to send a message alongside the transfer of funds (optional).
• Tap Send Money to schedule transfer.
The following features are NOT available via mobile:• Recurring Payments• Edit a Payment• Stop a Payment• Request Money

Edit Transfers (Desktop/Laptop)
• Hover over Move Money and select PopMoney.
• Select the Activity tab.
• Select the Scheduled Payments tab.
• Expand the desired request and select Edit Payment(s).
• Note: To edit all payments in a recurring rule select
the Edit the entire recurring payment plan radio
button.
• Make the necessary changes to the amount, date,
frequency, or message then select Continue.
• On the new screen select Submit.

Cancel Transfers (Desktop/Laptop)
• Hover over Move Money and select PopMoney.
• Select the Activity tab.
• Select the Scheduled Payments tab.
• Expand the desired request and select Cancel
Payment(s).
• If recurring select either to cancel only the next
payment or to cancel the recurring payment plan.
• Select Yes, Cancel Payment.
Note: Based on the timing of the cancellation request; some transfers may have an applicable fee in order to be submitted. Review the screen in its entirety before processing.

Request Money (Desktop/Laptop)
• Hover over Move Money and select PopMoney.
• On the Request Money screen, complete all required
information.
• Select Next.
• Confirm the transaction on the following screen.
• Select Send Request.
Note: If you check the box Add a due date it will indicate a specific date to the payer. If you do not check the box, no date will be provided to the payer and the request can be paid until it expires.
